Wood, design & large-scale interiors
Produce large design and interior elements in one piece. Skip the segmentation, bonding, and manual finishing that turn ambitious geometry into weeks of shop work.

The reality
Ambitious design meets shop-floor limits
High-end interiors, architectural elements, and design furniture push toward larger formats and freer geometry every year. The clients want one-piece organic forms. The shop floor is built for sheet goods, panel saws, and assemblies.
The cost
Segmentation, bonding, manual labor
Large pieces get cut into sections, bonded, sanded, and filled. Each step adds time, introduces seams, and increases the chance of visible defects. Organic shapes that should be one continuous form become assemblies that look like assemblies.
What changes
One-piece production for ambitious geometry
SinuCraft hybrid cells build large design elements directly, in one piece, in the working envelope of a 6-axis robot. CNC finishing delivers the surface quality the design demands. The seam-free result speaks for itself.
Built on
Industrial precision, not artisan compromise
SINUMERIK ONE motion, robotic CNC finishing, and standard CAD/CAM workflows bring industrial-grade repeatability to work that has historically been craft-driven. The same form, built the same way, every time.
How we deploy
From assembled approximations to seam-free originals
We don't sell a machine and walk away. We start from the geometry your clients are actually asking for, design the workflow around the projects you build most often, and stay with your team through commissioning. Three phases, predictable timeline.
Phase 01
Audit
We look at the project types where current production is hitting limits, the steps absorbing the most manual labor, and the geometries where segmentation is compromising the finished piece. The output is a clear picture of where hybrid production pays back.
Phase 02
Process design
We define the additive-versus-subtractive split, finishing allowances for surface quality, and material strategy aligned with your project mix. CAM workflows match your existing design and production processes.
Phase 03
Commissioning and ramp-up
Installation takes about a week. Operator training runs in parallel. First production pieces typically come off the cell within two to three weeks.
Built in the Czech Republic
European components throughout, with NIS2-grade security built in via the Siemens platform.
What changes for your workshop
One-piece production
Build large pieces directly in the cell. No segments to align, no seams to hide.
Less manual finishing
CNC finishing delivers surface quality without the days of sanding and filling.
Geometry without compromise
Organic forms, complex curvature, large overhangs. Design briefs stop being scaled back.
Compact, flexible footprint
A robotic cell takes far less floor space than the CNC capacity it replaces.
FAQs
“We would like to express our complete satisfaction with Sinucraft. Two and a half months ago, they delivered and installed a large-format 3D printer for us. During this time, we have been testing it intensively with various materials, and the machine works flawlessly. What we particularly appreciate, however, is the fantastic technical support. Whenever we needed help or a consultation, the team was always available, ready to connect remotely and resolve any issue. We definitely recommend working with Sinucraft.”
