Robotic CNC for large-part finishing

The finishing half of hybrid manufacturing

SinuMill 2000 is the CNC side of the SinuCraft workflow. A 6-axis robotic mill that takes near-net-shape parts off SinuPrint 3000 and brings them to final tolerances. Same control system, same G-code, same operator. One workflow from pellet to part.

Print the volume. Mill the tolerances

Built to finish what SinuPrint started

LFAM gets you to near-net-shape fast. The last millimeters are where tolerances live. SinuMill 2000 picks up exactly there. Minimal material to remove, full CNC precision, no second machine setup. The print and the finishing run on the same control stack, in the same cell, on the same G-code logic.

Designed for LFAM output

Pellet-extruded parts come off the printer with predictable geometry and consistent allowance. SinuMill machines that allowance with the precision a CNC operator expects.

One control system, end to end

SinuPrint and SinuMill both run on SINUMERIK ONE. The handoff between print and mill is a workflow step, not a system integration project.

Fits your shop floor

Built on the industrial components you already run

SinuMill 2000 runs on SINUMERIK ONE, the same Siemens control system you already use on your CNC machines. The input is G-code from your existing CAD/CAM. An operator who runs CNC can run this. No new software stack, no long adoption curve, no external training program.

The industrial standard for motion control. Same logic, same interface, same principles as the equipment already on your floor.

Robotic reach where gantries can't go

A 6-axis arm reaches around large parts instead of fixturing them under a spindle. Undercuts, deep cavities, and organic surfaces become single-setup operations.

Where it makes sense

Built for the parts that don't fit your existing CNC

Large molds, composite parts, automotive tooling, aerospace structures. The parts that today either go on a portal machine sized for the worst case, get segmented and bonded, or get outsourced. SinuMill handles them in one piece, in one setup, with CNC-grade tolerances.

Typical applications

Mold finishing, composite part trimming, automotive components, aerospace tooling, large-scale prototyping for production validation.

Who it's for

Manufacturers handling large parts, tooling teams running into gantry limits, and shops running SinuPrint that want the full hybrid workflow under one control system.

FAQs

In their words

Trusted by our customers

We would like to express our complete satisfaction with Sinucraft. Two and a half months ago, they delivered and installed a large-format 3D printer for us. During this time, we have been testing it intensively with various materials, and the machine works flawlessly. What we particularly appreciate, however, is the fantastic technical support. Whenever we needed help or a consultation, the team was always available, ready to connect remotely and resolve any issue. We definitely recommend working with Sinucraft.
