Industrial LFAM that fits your CNC shop floor
SinuPrint 3000 prints near-net-shape parts, molds, and tooling from pellets. Large parts in one piece, no segmentation, ready for final CNC finishing. Not a prototyping toy. A production machine.

Numbers that match shop-floor reality
60–80%
Material savings
Pellet extrusion instead of cutting from solid stock
5× faster
Lead time
LFAM takes over roughing, CNC handles finishing
MODULAR

Extend the system as your needs grow.

A platform, not a printer
Large parts. One piece. Straight from pellets
SinuPrint 3000 is a manufacturing cell built around a 6-axis industrial robot and pellet extrusion. The working envelope runs in meters, which means you print the part whole. No segments, no bonding, no structural compromises.
Pellet extrusion
Granulate instead of filament. Substantially lower material cost, higher throughput, and a wide range of engineering thermoplastics, including glass- and carbon-filled grades.
Near-net-shape output
We print with minimal machining allowance. The CNC only removes what it has to for final tolerances, not what it has to because the part started as a block.
Fits your shop floor
Built on the industrial components you already run
SinuPrint 3000 runs on SINUMERIK ONE, the same Siemens control system you already use on your CNC machines. The input is G-code from your existing CAD/CAM. An operator who runs CNC can run this. No new software stack, no long adoption curve, no external training program.
SINUMERIK ONE
The industrial standard for motion control. Same logic, same interface, same principles as the equipment already on your floor.
MABI / COMAU robotics
6-axis industrial robots with the stiffness and repeatability built for production loads, not showroom demos.

Where it makes sense
Where CNC is doing work it wasn't built for
Large molds, tooling, jigs, and fixtures are textbook cases where cutting from solid stock stops making economic sense. SinuPrint 3000 builds the volume. The CNC delivers the tolerances. Together: shorter lead times, less waste, and CNC capacity freed up for work that actually needs it.
Typical applications
Composite molds, automotive tooling, plugs and patterns, architectural and design parts, marine and aerospace components.
Who it's for
Mold makers, automotive suppliers, and manufacturers whose CNC capacity is currently being consumed by roughing operations. The same applies to teams prototyping molds for lamination.

FAQs
“We would like to express our complete satisfaction with Sinucraft. Two and a half months ago, they delivered and installed a large-format 3D printer for us. During this time, we have been testing it intensively with various materials, and the machine works flawlessly. What we particularly appreciate, however, is the fantastic technical support. Whenever we needed help or a consultation, the team was always available, ready to connect remotely and resolve any issue. We definitely recommend working with Sinucraft.”
